Return Policy

We want to ensure our customers are satisfied with all purchases.  Within 30 days of the original purchase date, we provide refunds on products purchased through our physical storefront or on our website dialedsystems.com, if the product meets the following Conditions:
  1. Unopened, in original packaging
  2. Purchase Date / Product Tracking shows item was received within 30 days.

The fees associated with the return will be based on one of the two scenarios to the right:

Scenario #1:  Customer received a package that contained damaged or missing items based on the provided order#

A Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label will be provided to the customer via email.  The email will contain Return Shipping instructions including the Shipping Address, Required Return Ship by Date (15 Days within receiving RA# and Return Shipping Label)

No Additional Fees will be deducted from the Original Purchase Price of the impacted Item(s).  Upon receipt and inspection, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 days of receipt.  

If an order is received incomplete, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and will ensure all missing items are shipped to the customer ASAP.  

Scenario #2: Customer received a package and prior to removing from the manufacturers original packaging, determined they no longer want the item(s)
Return Shipping Label will be the responsibility of the customer.  Prior to shipping the product back, please send an email so we can confirm original order date and provide a RA# with shipping instructions. 
 
Restock Fee for Return Items that are not being returned due to damage or missing items is 15% of Original Item Sale Price. 
 
Upon reciept of the Item, Dialed Systems will inspect the package to make sure it has not been opened and all items are included.  A Refund minus the 15% Restock Fee will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. 

If an order is received incomplete, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will ensure all missing items are shipped to the customer ASAP.
